We deliver only to England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, and the Isle of Man within the UK. They ask you to contact them if you have special requirements.

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours after payment confirmation. Delivery times listed are:

• Express Delivery: 1–3 working days

• Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days

After dispatch, you’re notified by email. Tracking numbers aren’t commonly shared due to privacy; they’re only used if an order is not delivered or disputed.

It’s the customer’s responsibility to provide correct shipping details. If you notice an error after ordering, contact support ASAP via WhatsApp or email to try to fix it. They do not reship orders if the error is on the customer’s side.

They state they only need your delivery address and mobile number. You don’t necessarily need to register, and they claim not to share customer details—stating that in a security breach they would destroy data physically.

If you haven’t received the order within the given timeframe, you’re asked to contact them to investigate. If tracking shows the package is lost, they say they will resend a replacement free of charge. If the status shows “Delivered,” no replacement is provided.

We do not offer returns due to the nature of the business and privacy involved.

Payment is made via secure bank transfer. After the order is confirmed, they provide bank account details for payment.
